Registered User Subscription Information
To qualify as a register subscriber to PHPRN.com we must receive documentation that you are a staff person of a state physician health program, other health professional health program, a professional health program, or a staff member of an EAP organization in which you are legitimately seeking referrals for professionals. The only additional benefit to being a subscriber is the ability to submit and review feedback from your colleagues regarding evaluation and treatment facilities. All other data is available to visitors by simply going to the site www.phprn.com.If you qualify as a registered subscriber you will receive via email a unique "keyed-link" that will allow you to submit feedback regarding individual programs and to view *all* of the information available including feedback and averaged rankings of facilities based on reviews by your peers. Feedback from peers can be very important and therefore we ask that your feedback be delivered with care and thought.
You will be able to cast rating votes or make comments on any given facility at any time. You may edit or change those ratings or comments at any time so that they always reflect your current opinion. All comments and ratings will be automatically listed along with the author's name and email address. This is to encourage professional, thoughtful and objective opinions and experience for the benefit of all. Abusive, foul, or obviously inflammatory ratings/comments will be removed by the system administrators at their sole discretion. This service is intended to provide objective information not otherwise available.
Your ratings may also sent to the facilities that you rate, based on their preference about whether they wish to review feedback, hopefully to encourage them to improve their services. This is done in anonymous fashion -- your personal information is completely removed.
Censorship is definitely not our goal; we are not affiliated with any facility listed here. We intend only to provide a central, objective source of information that we ourselves need and use on a daily basis.
