Registered Facility Subscription Information

When you sign up, you will receive via email a unique "keyed-link" that will enable you to enter, maintain, and update your facility information at any time and have the changes instantly reflected in the database. Some information may already be filled in for your facility. It is recommended that you add or change information and periodically update the information to keep it current.

Only services with the service pricing information filled in will be available for the searching subscribers. An example entry form will give you an idea of the information made available by our database and how you will make your changes.

You may also opt to have ratings and comments made on your facility emailed to you as they are made. You will not, however, have access to the name of the person or persons leaving those ratings.
